The Frederick Police Department will constantly endeavor, as your law enforcement agency, to provide protection to our community through active patrols, crime intervention and materials, criminal investigations and aggressively seek after those persons, who by their very criminal acts, weaken and diminish our capacity as a law enforcement agency to protect the community. Every member of the Frederick Police Department will perform their duties to the very best of his or her ability to promote peace and safety within the community.

Location:
The City of Frederick is located in the southwestern portion of Oklahoma, 14 miles north of the Red River at the intersections of U.S. 183 and S.H. 5. Frederick's population is currently 4,637 supporting our department of 14 employees.
Structure:
The police department currently employs 12 police officers that includes 8 full-time patrol officers, 1 lake patrol officer at Frederick Lake, and 1 school resource officer. The department also employs one secretary/court clerk and one part-time animal control officer.
